Snowflake Pop Up Card

Hello! Today I have a card I created for reminder post at two Magnolia challenges. The first one is Magnolia Forever with the theme

And Marvelous Magnolia challenge with the theme

For this card, I only used die cuts on the front cover. The poinsettia was made from die cuts from Magnolia Vintage box 4. The snowflake background and sentiment die cuts are from Poppy Stamps. I used some glitters on die cuts to add sparkling touch to the card.

When opening the card, Tilda and snowflakes will pop up. Both Tilda and snowflakes were attached to the pop up part. I made the spiral pop up by following the tutorial here. I stamped the background paper with snowflake stamps from Magnolia Vintage Box 4 and “X-Mas Snowflakes” stamp from A Lovely Christmas 2015 collection.

This cute Tilda is from “Tilda with Sock Puffs” stamp from Aspen Holidays 2016 collection. I used masking stamp technique to make her sitting on “the Christmas Lace Bench” stamp from the same collection. The stamped image was colored with distress ink. I also attached tiny snowflake over her palm using acetate stripe.

The sentiment is from LOTV stamp which I heat embossed with white embossing powder.

Christmas Window card

Hello! To share with you today is the card I made for Addicted to Stamps last challenge of 2017. We will come back in 2018 with some little changes. By the way, the theme for this year last challenge is
I have made this window card to fit this challenge theme. I designed the card layout like a house decorated with Christmas wreath and garland. Looking through the window, we can see three cats helping each other decorating Christmas tree outside the house.
Mulberry Wood Purrfect Christmas Window Card

I used the stamp from Crafter’s Companion Mulberry Wood. This stamp is called “Purr’fect Christmas”. I colored the image with distress ink. The cats’ colors are exactly the same as my three cats. I also added some glitters on snow, garland, and star and applied some snow paste on the falling snow. The window was made from acetate sheet which I stenciled little snowflakes with gesso.

I decorated the top part with cute Christmas wreath, garland die cut from Doohickey volume 17, and Impression Obsession Holly Leaf Cluster die cuts.

As this is the window card, the front cover is clear and the image is inside the card. The top part is the blank space to write greeting message.
